Refund & Cancellation Information

1. Current Availability

B.O.B. Free is the currently available release and has no subscription charge. Because B.O.B. Free does not create a paid subscription, there is no recurring fee to cancel and no B.O.B. Free purchase price to refund.

B.O.B. Pro and B.O.B. Business are labeled Coming Soon and are not currently available for purchase. Displayed future pricing or trial information is informational and does not create a charge, subscription or entitlement.

2. Before a Future Purchase

Before a paid plan becomes available, BitTrib will present the price, billing period, trial terms if any, renewal behavior, included features, taxes and applicable cancellation or refund terms before checkout. The terms shown at the time and place of purchase will control that transaction.

Do not send payment-card information through the website support form or by email.

3. Microsoft Store Purchases

If a future B.O.B. purchase is completed through Microsoft Store, Microsoft will process the transaction and its applicable sales, billing, cancellation and refund rules will govern the Store transaction. Requests should be started through the Microsoft account used for the purchase.

BitTrib can help identify the product or entitlement, but cannot promise or issue a Microsoft Store refund when Microsoft controls the transaction.

4. Direct BitTrib Purchases

If BitTrib later offers direct billing, the checkout terms shown for that purchase will explain how to cancel and whether a refund is available. Unless those terms state otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund charges already incurred.

If you believe a direct BitTrib charge is duplicated, unauthorized or incorrect, contact us promptly with the purchase email, date, amount and non-sensitive transaction reference. Never send a full payment-card number.

5. Trials and Renewals

A future trial will not begin until it is expressly offered and accepted. Any trial page will disclose whether a payment method is required, when billing starts and how to cancel before conversion. Features shown as Coming Soon do not start a trial or renewal.

6. Organization Purchases

Business, volume or negotiated purchases may be governed by an order form or separate agreement. If that agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls for that purchase.

7. Updates to This Information

BitTrib may update this page when paid plans, billing providers or purchase channels become available. The updated date will identify the current version. A change will not retroactively replace mandatory rights or transaction terms that applied when a purchase was completed.
